Blueberry and Banana Smoothie

Smoothies are a quick and easy energy booster! We love this combo but you could make this with just bananas or blueberries.
Blueberry and Banana smoothie ingredients:
2 cups of frozen blueberries
2 bananas
1 cup of greek yoghurt
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 T maple syrup or honey
Method:
Blend ingredients until thick and smooth.
Pour into glasses.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Tips:
Frozen fruit makes smoothies thick and colder.
Over ripe bananas can be frozen and used for smoothies.
Healthy option – Add 1 T flax oil or LSA to your smoothie.
