Delicious grilled stone fruit

Grill a medley of peaches, nectarines, plums, cherries, apricots or stick to one type of fruit – take your pick!
- Cut fruit in half and remove stones. Cut into slices.
- Put fruit in baking dish and drizzle with maple syrup. Toss so fruit is well coated.
- Place under grill for approx 10 minutes until fruit is soft and golden / caramelised.
- Delicious served for breakfast with cereal or pancakes and bacon; or as a dessert with creamy greek yoghurt.
